Swing Refinery

This unique, golf-simulator project was substantially completed in 6 weeks. The project featured demo of existing partitions, detailed blackout painting of the metal deck/joists, new partitions, doors and final finishes to trim out the space. Allison and Austin were so great to work with throughout the process. Along with design by Allume Architects, they communicated their vision and we found solutions down to the final touches within each of the (6) golf bays. The Swing Refinery is a self-service indoor golf studio with practice bays, leagues, and tournaments powered by premium simulators.

Renovation.

Cloisters of Greenfield-Atrium Renovation

This unique project features the renovation of over 30,000sf of existing roof and 3-story Atrium. A key solution, created by Tillit, was the use of a Monzon protective roof system - enabling a weather-controlled environment, within an occupied building of 144 condominium units.  The Design/Build approach included demolition of existing skylights and roof, engineering & installation of structural wood decking, repairs to existing glulam beams, new pyramid glass skylights, 2 levels of steel cable railings, and interior finishes.  To accomplish the work, the 3-story Atrium (with a pool deck below) was fitted with a scaffold system, extending 30’ high, as a work platform to keep workers safe through the installation.
