Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. Field experience and on-site management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to finish.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and work schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project objectives are met.

  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management throughout the life-cycle of a project

  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.

  • Analyze risk and actively resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum [5] years of experience in construction project management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials.

  • Proficiency in Procore project management software and scheduling software

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, responsiveness and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
